Paul Dumas

VP, Finance

Paul has over 25 years of experience in accounting and corporate finance, primarily in the software industry. Most recently, he worked as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Mirapoint Software.

Prior to Mirapoint, Paul worked as Vice President, Finance at SumTotal Systems, a public talent-management software company, where he was responsible for accounting, finance, and order management. Before he worked for SumTotal, Paul held executive positions at Openwave Systems and Remedy Corporation. His career also includes eight years at Hewlett-Packard, where he supported Worldwide Customer Support Operations and HP Labs. He started his career in public accounting with Main Hurdman (KPMG).

Paul is a California Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two daughters.
