Rocket Fuel recently ran a campaign for a major manufacturer of insulation. By far, the largest site category responsible for conversions was nightlife events, which is both mesmerizing and amazing. Mesmerizing because it's a head scratcher to figure out the correlation between in-market insulation buyers and nighlife content. Amazing because the power of artificial intelligence found the high-response page categories and served the appropriate ads. Other site categories that provided strong conversions included nutrition, cooking & recipes, subcultures & niche interests, and food & drink.
